• Have you attempted to contact the author of the project?
• Are you sure the project is supposed to be compatible with CS6? (Not all projects are)
• Are you receiving an error message? If so, what error message?

The project is listed as compatible with Premiere Pro CC (see screenshot below). Therefore, it is not compatible with CS6.
Refunds are typically issued only if there is something technically wrong or dysfunctional with the project, or if an item is misleading in it’s description. Unfortunately, that doesn’t appear to be the case here.
