Posted three times and no reply yet...

I don’t understand why my polite, not that difficult questions are not being answered. I paid for support and I am getting no help at all from email nor the forums. Am I missing something?

The latest one is the reason for an ‘Internal Server Error’ message when someone checks out. The payment goes through but they only get that message.

I know this one is harder but please help.

You paid for support from the author of whatever item you are having problems with, and not Envato itself. So please direct your support request to the author directly (each item has a support tab which will tell you how the author is providing its support and how to contact him/her), and not the public forum for Envato.
