If you log out of your account, then everything is fine, as soon as you log in, the portfolio disappears

It´s a new feature. Only the first page of your portfolio is shown. The rest of it will be sold for free while the 7 days Elements trial period.

While they fix this problem (I hope) you can overcome this bug by typing in your browser this:
https://audiojungle.net/user/[YOUR_AUTHOR_NAME]/portfolio?page=2
And just change the number of page to get to the needed page.

When the staff intends to fix the portfolio for us because if we want to be able to make promotions or modifications it would be good if we could access it. Thanks

Maybe it’s in the browser?
The result is the same in different browsers, there is only one page, the portfolios are not listed as a page.
I think the technical support team could not have seen this issue that has been mentioned in the forum for days.
I hope they solve it as soon as possible.
