Plugin install failed - "no valid plugins were found"

I bought, downloaded and tried to install the Yellow Pencil plugin. Upon attempting installation, I got the following message from wordpress:

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.

Please help! Thanks, ~Trish:-)

Make sure you are installing the right folder/files and not the entire download from envato including documentation and so on
