Hello, I have purchased the ThemeForest and have tried installing the file into WordPress add a new plugin option in WordPress. The file starts to install however I get an error message saying that the plugin has failed. I would be grateful for any advice with installation and thank you in advance for your support

You have to install the plugin zip not the full download (All files & documentation) zip. Please unzip the main full download (All files & documentation) and then locate the installable plugin zip file within it. Luckily most developers clearly label their files, so it should be pretty easy to find. you have to install that plugin zip.
