Sorry but with respect you are a long long way off the necessary standard.

The design is not great and very simple - it needs way more uniqueness to it to stand out

The basics like margins, padding etc. and especially typography are way off

Repetitive content e.g. testimonials and team members just appears alzy and unfinished
