I bought a PhpSocial script license, but I am not satisfied, I request license cancellation and refund, this is my legal right.

You’d have to ask for an official answer from envato for any reason outside these. Envato Market Help and Support

This is not really a good reason as you have an access to see the script and probably admin section as well. You will probably end-up getting no refund.
