Payout has been calculated but no email received

First day of each month I receive an email about my payout. But this month I didn’t get any email. I checked the payout, the payout has been calculated.

Is this normal?

Check the spam folder, sometimes the email goes there.

Thanks, got it in Promotion tab.

Previously email came from James and the email address was different. Now it’s coming from Author Support may be that’s why gmail filter puts it in Promotion tab.
