I received an email stating, “We tried sending you a payment to your **** Bank account ending in ********80, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue with your information and cannot complete the payment.” They required some additional information from me, which I have submitted. I would like to clarify that I have been receiving payments to this account without any issues for the past few months. Have there been any changes made by Evento?

i have used wise USD bank details.

what kind of informations they asked for? We use SWIFT and our payment also seems to be delayed but haven’t received any email yet

We are also waiting for the payment … I think something is wrong… I got an email of terms update due to acquisition, may be the problem be due to this ?

They are aquired by shutterstock and got that email today, they say to get the payment the payment information has to be correctly submitted, which we had… but I’m worried that can there be missing of information in the acquisition

Finally, I just received an email confirming that the payment has been sent. I think everything is fine now as it has been processed after identity verification.

Glad to hear that your problem is resolved… we are also waiting for an email saying you have received a payment from payoneer…

My friend i am not receiving via payoneer, i used wise USD bank.

We just received a SWIFT transfer—also heavily delayed. So stay positive!

I got this message yesterday and I thought it was a scam so I deleted it. I have not recieved a payout for AudioJungle and Elements yet although I got email stating that it had been sent to my bank as per usual.
What information did you provide?

Where is the money? The letter says that the payment will be made on February 19th. There have never been delays, today is the 20th and there is still no money! No additional mail either!!!

I received my payout, as you can see in my email with the subject line, and you can also see the date and time.
