No upload option for audio files?

I was about to submit a new track but there’s no upload button?

Is there a problem with this at the moment?

Maybe you are not registered as a creator? can’t remember where is that…

I have 8 tracks uploaded that I didn’t have problems with so not sure what has happened now?
