No support from author and no way to make compline

i face problem with WordPress template and already pay for support
i open many support ticket and no replay from author

there no any way to make compline !!!

Presumably the tickets they you opened are with the authors support forum and not envato?

How long ago did you purchase the theme?

How long ago did you submit support tickets?

You can complain to envato but the cause of the issues, what those are and timing is quite important to consider

as i see in my profile , i have ( 10 months 25 Nov 2023 of support remaining. )

i send support request for authors on : 1/13/2023 8:53 PM
i get replay from them on : 1/23/2023 6:46 PM they as ask me some information and me already replay
until now i have problem and they not replay me
** they make update for theme , and this update wont install as normal way
i make support ticket but also no replay
