This is very disappointing that when a user gives ratings without contacting the Author if he gets an issue with a plugin or a theme. Buyer simply leaves a negative ratings even though if its an item fault or the third-party plugin he is using.
Few buyers don’t know even how to contact the item author.
I request to envato for adding an option to contact the buyers or show us there email ID do something so that we can contact such buyers to get the disputes resolved and get back our ratings
