Hi, please can somebody help me why I get hard reject into site template category ? I don’t get any responce about reason only get message that I must get answer into forums :(( I put into site template(HTML) -> corporate category , maybe I put into not right category or some other reason for hard reject ?

Yes I am sure this is nice design. I looked at your items which you create and for example this one http://demo.leafcolor.com/sportcenter/ I think much weak for Themeforest but your item approved but my item no , what about design details not unique in Themeforest already more 41.000+ items and I am sure it impossible to create some design which details will not exists here,really I don’t understand reason.

The concept lacks premium value, has been done thousands of times before, and again with respect to a higher standard.

The duplicate content on portfolios and blogs just feels unfinished
Why have food releated content (pricing table) on what appears to be a marketing /digital template?
Likewise while we get it can be frustrating, please refrain from criticising other people’s work when you are asking for feedback. (esp. elite authors with straight 5 star ratings).
If reviewers describe reason of hard reject I will not ask reason on forums and when in forums write about weak design about our items which only based on subjective position , I think we can give our subjective position too about items that authors.

Design you right is not unique but if you will look at all items which released recently you can find many same design concepts. And I don’t understand why you give your subjective position of design standarts if really stars give only customers not reviewers or somebody else , if item have buyers it means for some customers it good and each item have her buyers.

You right concept is standard and you can’t find in Themeforest items which concept not repeated. Even nice and good theme like Avada was repeated.

Yes you right we don’t have any variations except colors and we don’t want any variations and for Themeforest not necessary different variations of layout or pages or structures. It plus it exists different variations but not rule and you can find in Themeforest items thousend items which have not any variations. I don’t understand why on some items reviewer close eyes and for other items give hard reject , it not professional. Themeforest must have really fixed rules for items design etc. and do not based on subjective reviewer position and each reviewer have her position about item, I have come across this several times.

I can tell you dear Charlie this is only template not finished website for some customer and each customer must change all text , food content on priceing table or some other content it not important because customers must change this and I can ask from you why in many items Loream impsulm :)) and you think this is reason for hard reject ? maximum soft reject with description to change text.
Unfortunately at the end of the day anyone here can only give their opinion – if you don’t agree with that then it’s entirely your choice.
For what it’s worth:
The decision on approval has to fall on someone. Reviewers are picked for their expertise in a category and their knowledge of the marketplace. Of course some items get through that shouldn’t but on the whole, these people command some serious respect.
Unfortunately in any marketplace (iTunes etc.) included there is going to be a degree of subjectiveness
They will give feedback unless they feel it is too far off the standard to be worthwhile. If an item is beyond a certain threshold then there is a good chance that the author wouldn’t understand or be able to effectively execute feedback, let alone the time involved in providing it (given that around 70% of tens of thousands of items are rejected)
Yes there are several items which are similar in the marketplace, however there are still also new ones every day that offer unique or original features, or at least which do not contain issues
You are right variations etc. are not a requirement but they do add premium value which is especially important for items in particularly crowded categories
Again you are right that a template is not a finished product but premium look and feel is all about attention to detail. For example there is little excuse for:
– duplicate content
– mixing design services with food pricing
– missing fundamental design basics e.g. staff rollover typography and icons
– having an Instagram feed which appears to just be images and not actually a feed
This will do little except drag the item down and give reviewers a reason to reject it.
Again with respect if you ask for public feedback then it may not always be what you want to hear, but if it was very wrong then the item would have been approved and the example issues listed above would not exist
Thanks for your feedback , can you please show me with screenshots issues ? I need understand issue which reviewers thing for it need give hard reject for fix and don’t do same issues on other templates.

Unfortunately their presentation does not meet the minimum quality standards to be accepted in TF, and it is not easy to say that you can change to give some solution because in simple words the whole design as a whole is very basic.
It is best to first familiarize yourself with the standards, then you can make a new presentation.
