Hard Reject On My Template ! need your opinions !

Hello,

I recently submitted my HTML Agency Template into Themeforest and unfortunately I got Hard Reject. I would like to know your honest opinion about my design.

Actually I tried my best and have no idea what to do next.
Can you help me to make improvements and show errors in my template ?
I would appreciate any comment. Thanks.

I think that you w3c is error link: https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fteam.yrteam.co%2FJalid%2Fdemos%2F&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0 maybe hard rejected.
