I created a brand new account so I could purchase a theme. But after hitting submit, I was redirected to a page that says my account is locked. I filed a ticket but haven’t received a response from anyone and it’s getting very frustrating. By the looks of it, other users seem to have issues with getting their problems resolved in a timely matter too. Posting here to see if anyone knows of a resolution or a better means to contact support.
