Hello envato webmaster I need help please I just purchased convertplus plugin using fake email portal and I order the plugin I only get the download link I didn’t see the licence key and I can access to portal again said email is banned what should I do, just spend my 23$ on plugin with getting the stuff is not good please help me with the licence.
I use fakeemailgenerator. Com to signup for the purchase but for now I can’t access my account said account email banned why.

Welcome to the forums! You really shouldn’t use any fake e-mails for purchasing things over the internet. Your last hope is to contact Envato Help & Support Center. Gather as many proofs as possible and explain the whole situation in help ticket.

@LucaThemesCom is right that support are your only hope but I strongly doubt that they will be able to do anything given that using fake info would be in breach of license and terms, and if the email doesn’t exist then they cannot validate anything.
