Need Help Understanding Hard Rejection of My Theme

Hi fellow authors,

I recently submitted my WordPress theme “Magix - Ultimate Digital Agency & Portfolio WordPress Theme” to sThemeForest, but it was hard-rejected with this message:

"Thank you for your submission… we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

Since Envato doesn’t provide specific feedback for hard-rejected items, I’d really appreciate your insights:

  • What might be the main reasons for this rejection? (Design, code, features, etc.)
  • How can I improve my next submission?

As a new author, I’m eager to learn and grow. Any advice or constructive criticism would mean a lot!

Homepage really does not feel like it is loading properly

Various counters not working

Generally typography is not good

Lots of examples of places where the site feels unfinished e.g. services, portfolio etc. all which are clickable but go to an empty page
