Need help please. Unable to find the account through which I made a subscription.

Hello,

I started a trial period with you, but I can’t remember with which email address.
As I can’t find the email address and the associated account, I couldn’t cancel before the end of the trial period and I was debited.

So I end up with a subscription that I didn’t want, that I paid for and that I can’t access.

Can you help me please?

Can someone at Envato/ThemeForest help me locate the login account? I can provide payment method details.
