I have an account on Envato Elements that I purchased using my credit card a while ago and every month they’re withdrawing from my credit card. The problem is that I don’t know which email address I used or username and I only have the transaction number from the bank statement.
Would that help or is there any way I can figure out how I can access the account or at least cancel it to make a new one?
