Need a Refund for Subscription that auto-renewed after free trial without my permission

Hi there,

I’ve emailed twice and no one has answered me but I need a refund for a subscription that auto renewed. I didn’t receive any emails saying it would renew and I simply forgot about it and was charged. I haven’t used my account since i was charged because I don’t want the account and only wanted to try the free trial. Please can anyone help.

If you have used your subscription already and downloaded items then Elements are unable to offer a refund. You can contact Elements Support. Elements Support Team will be happy to help.
