Need a Refund for Subscription that auto-renewed after free trial without my permission

Hi there,

I’ve emailed twice and no one has answered me but I need a refund for a subscription that auto renewed. I didn’t receive any emails saying it would renew and I simply forgot about it and was charged. I haven’t used my account since i was charged because I don’t want the account and only wanted to try the free trial. Please can anyone help.
