i’m new here.
Friday May 12 2023, I’m trying to upload my product to Graphic River.
for 3 days (until Monday), the status of the product is still being reviewed. to this day I am surprised to see the product gone. no notification, I checked email also no notification.
can someone tell me what this means?
They will mean that it’s hard rejected

You can always share your preview/demo in these forums for feedback also
If you can’t see your Item in your Dashboard and ‘Hidden Items’ tab page then your Item has reviewed and got hard rejected. You must should receive email of the review result (if not Unchecked the ‘Item review notifications’ in your Settings => Email Settings):
Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.
