I have seen these kind of templates around 2014. It’s not up-to-date with the current design approach as well. Beside lots of issues including typo, color combination, spacing and etc. I haven’t even checked the coding yet.
As well as what @ki-themes said - lots of improvement needed on mobile, the modal portfolio and blog items do not really work and lack proper styling, generally it needs a lot more features and functionality to appear premium.
