My first item rejected. Please help..

Hello Guys,
I’m new here.

I just submitted my 1st item on 21st Feb. and got rejected yesterday.
And, the rejection notes says “you won’t be able to re-submit this item again” :frowning:

This is the AE template I’ve created. (Logo Reveal)

And, the reviewer’s notes includes these too.
“The item does not meet our minimum design, animation, and technical requirements. We strive to accept professional quality projects, and unfortunately this submission doesn’t quite meet that criteria.”

Guys, what do you think the reason here?
Do you think the designing and animation is bad in this?

And, I can’t understand why the mentioned “Technical Requirements”.
It was 1920x1080, 30 fps. and a fully organized project.
It has lot of customizing options, Like; Color controls of each elements (cross icons, square icons, grids, etc…), Turn on or off individual elements or control their visibility percentage, logo size controller, slogan size and color controllers.
And I’ve included pre-made 3 color themes too.

I can see logo animations which are way more simpler than this are accepted.

And, they don’t even allow to re-submit. why is that?

This is my 1st submission. And I’m so disappointed now :sleepy:

Thanks in advance for your kind help.

Have a nice day!

Hi! I think there’s nothing wrong with your animation.
I got rejected some items with the same criteria. What you have there is a “hard rejection”, so unless you make huge changes, you won’t be able to resend it.
I think it is just a Copy Paste answer they give when they don’t like your animation. Maybe if you shock them with the promo video the’d accept it. It seems they don’t consider the flexibility of the animation or the customization at all. Just impress them with the promo video.
Also, with the only item I’ve got accepted, I could realize that reviewers have accounts at envato. So that goes with another theory in which I think there’s a part where the luck takes place. Maybe if another reviewer takes it I could be accepted. We’d never know…

Hi. Sorry for your rejection. To be a “hi tech style” logo, I think you should improve the reveal of the logo (animation and effect), and these kind of technology projects have many more details on screen than just some lines and shapes like yours. Doesn’t matter all the custom possibilities you made for your project, because all the rest looks too empty and simple, there are many of these already on Videohive and they have much more visual quality and design details, so you have to compete with all of them to get an approval, take a look at these ones for example:

Anyway, just my opinion. Maybe other authors can say something more or different than me.
Don’t give up! Keep trying!
Good Luck!
