My Element account got disabled after one failed attempt to subscribe

My Element account got disabled after one failed attempt to subscribe using my debit card. I suspect that I didn’t have enough money on it, even though I transferred funds to my card. It may not have reflected right away.

I have work to do, and I’m on standby. Please help!

I’ve already opened a ticket, and a lady said that she would transfer my issue to another department, but I haven’t received a response yet.
