my country is blocked

previously I bought three templates from envato, now when I try to purchase Items the page prevents me to buy it and said your country is disabled. note my country is iraq.
please help me.

Iraq isn’t restricted country !!
Restricted Countries List

  • Iran
  • Cuba
  • Syria
  • Crimea Region
  • North Korea

Hi @ranjdareng. That sounds like a bug - your Envato account is not currently blocked, and you aren’t logging in from a restricted country.

Please open a support ticket using the link above, and our Customer Success team will be able to investigate further. I’ve just let them know to expect a ticket from you.
