My account was stolen and my username, email and password were changed. I have all the information and invoices for the purchases that I made. It was stolen a while ago, and I did not know how to reach you and communicate with you. Please help me recover my account and my purchases, and if I have information available to me I am ready to provide you with it. Thank you. Greetings.

I have already contacted them and so far no response from them

If you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization please contact the Customer Success Team immediately and provide the following information:
The first and last names listed on the account. Current email address on the account.
I would suggest if you get back into your account that you enable Two Factor Authentication on your account and make sure in future you have strong password, and do not share your details with anyone, or click on email links that might be spam.
