Glad your account issue was solved, as for Payment Gates issues you still have to go through support. I understand this is frustrating but only support has access to all account information and payment gateway information. Get in touch with them and they will resolve or explain why your cred card is declined or is unable to be used. It may be an issue that has to be resolved with your bank, but this is just my supposition. Support will be able to clear this up for you!
