Hello everyone,
What is the maximum size of the main file on GR ?? 1 GB or 3GB?
When I’m uploading a new project I see this message:
"ZIP file of images (png/jpg) w/ optional text descriptions for display on the site
For files over 500MB we recommend uploading via FTP. The maximum file size allowed is 3GB - please ensure compression has been optimized before uploading."
If you know please let me know, because I’m soft reject it, because of the size of the main file.
Sorry I know this is an older post so maybe this has been figured out. You can upload up to a 3 gig file. If the file is over 500mb the best way to upload is through an FTP client like FileZilla or CyberDuck.
Yea, but I’m not so sure about that. I talked with a support and he told me that the main files must be less than 1GB :(…
And still i can not understand this:
