Hello, Ben, and everybody who knows anything about this, help needed asap - trying to upload files as usual - and today I got this message:
What is this? Are there new limits in only 100 MB? Why so small? Why not announced?
The majority of my files always exceed this limit. How to work with such small limits?
P.S. I checked the Upload instructions and there is still stated: “Note: Your main file must not exceed 1GB in total size after it’s been compressed.”

We haven’t changed any of our item submission rules, so the usual filesize limits (up to 3GB) for uploads still apply.
Our developers are currently investigating, but they’ve advised that FTP uploads should still work as normal if you have that option available.
Hi Ben, I checked the upload tool today and was able to use it normally, just like before. However, on that day, we weren’t able to upload anything above 100 MB in total, even though we tried from different devices.
P.S. Glad to hear that the rules of item submission weren’t changed to 100 MB:)
