Magento Porto theme showing Purchase code is not valid!

Hi,
I have purchase Porto theme for magneto 2, I have all the files purchase code. But when I am trying to add the purchase code I got “Purchase code is not valid!” I tried 2-3 times but again the same error.
Can you please fix this issue ?
