Purchase code is showing wrong when I trying to connect with author forum

Hi,

I’m getting issues with the purchased theme. When I’m trying to connect with the theme author & trying to put in my purchase code it’s showing wrong. The purchase code is not valid.

Please try to help me out ASAP.

I Need help with an item which I’ve purchased. But in it’s showing Wrong Purchase Code so I cannot connect with their forum.

You can contact the author through the item comments or the contact form. You need to solve the problem with the item author.

There is no contact form or email address where I can send them the information.
