Lost design contest outside envato, can I submit it to graphicriver? with changes applied.

Hello fellow authors.

I was participating in a design contest outside envato (I uploaded .jpg file only). It got declined, but I like the design.
Can I submit it to graphicriver after making some changes? (color, font, orientation, etc)

it shouldn’t be a problem, as long the design is good it will be approved. If not you can try other places to, good luck
