Hi, I am a WordPress theme developer. I have few questions:

  1. Can I collaborate with any Themeforest UI/UX designer who will design WP Theme for me?
  2. Is it legal on envato to collaborate in existing approved psd?

  1. Yes, but the relationship is between you and envato will not get involved in organising or managing that

  2. Yes, assuming you have permission and an extended license from the original author.

What if author doesn’t give me extended license and create a topic here by mentioning envato staff that he is giving me rights to make WordPress from his psd?

You can always buy an extended license but the author needs to submit a ticket to support explaining that they are giving permission and then give you that ticket ID to include in your own submission as proof
