You have to create a ticket from envato support team share details about your collaboration and you will received a ticket when your approved psd WordPress version submit into envato market your wp partner will submit that ticket with wp version.

I have ticket Id for psd then How to submit ticket Id with Wp version?

You mean during Wp theme submissions

Envato support team give you a ticket.
when you/your partner submit wordpress version paste or submit that ticket Id right here http://prntscr.com/o18p4c
