I tried to buy a theme yesterday but instead was given a notice that I was locked out of my account. I have no idea what happened. I’m still waiting for help from the help desk and would love to get started on my WP installation. What more can I do??
I am not sure if this still works but you could try to twitter your ticket id to envato_help on twitter, this will sometimes speed up the response, but I can not guarantee you that this will still work.
