Hello,
Am using the Skrill and the error message tells me that was not able to make payment and should try again later.
I just try right now again but says have Exceeded the limit and Your deposit via Skrill was cancelled.
How do i go about it to purchase. Let me know if i have make some mistake along the line.

If you’re not having much success through Skrill, can I ask if you’ve considered checking out using PayPal? Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use a credit / debit card and checkout as a guest:

And i have also try the Skrill it says;

Is there any other way to solve my issue?

I am having the same issue. I made Skrill account, deposited amount and now attempting to pay to themeforest for the theme “Buddy - Ghostpool” but receiving the message:
“We were unable to complete the payment. Please review your payment details and try again.”
What’s the matter? There are already very limited payment options to pay and the Skrill option which I am left only with is also making problem.
Any help?? or I could not be able to buy it…
Sorry to hear about potential purchase issues. When you encounter or get reported a bug in the purchase process, that’s definitely something we want to investigate, but to be able to do that we need as much of the following information as possible:
what item you (or your buyer) were trying to buy (item name, ideally ID number in the URL and/or author username)
what account you (or your buyer) were trying to buy it from (username)
approximate date and time (with timezone, the more precise the more likely we’ll be able to track down what happened)
what error you were getting (a screenshot is even better, bonus points for the most tech-savvy if you spot errors in the JS console or the network tab and add them to the report)
