I uploaded my entry for approval on 4th April, 2015.
Please review it ASAP so that in case if there has to be any kind of resubmission, it can be resubmitted before the deadline.

I have a doubt, today I’ll upload my project to participate on the contest.
Since this is almost the last day to upload it if I get a soft rejection will I be disqualified, or can I change the mistakes and upload it again?

Here’s what Eric said…

"The entry deadline is based on the date of the final submission/resubmission leading to the item’s approval on Envato Market. Not the date of final approval.

So if you upload it before the deadline (and your item is subsequently approved) you’ll be fine! We typically wait a few weeks after the deadline to make sure all entries have finished processing through review."

…so based on that, I’m getting the impression that if you do get a soft reject, then your item would be too late to enter. Unless it gets soft rejected and you resubmit it prior to the deadline, which is unlikely with the queue as it is.

So fingers crossed it doesn’t get soft rejected!

We reached our deadline and this event is now over!!

This particular Envato’s Most Wanted is now over. We typically wait a week to make sure any held/resubmitted items are processed before establishing the full set of winners. We’ll then announce all the winners and winners will receive their prizes in about 3-4 weeks from today (please do not contact us about status of prizes).
