Hello fellow designers, I'd love to get your help and expertise! In last month's Community Superstar roundup I created and used a graphic to showcase some vital stats from each superstar. Here's what it looked like:
The Pitch
I love the idea of using a different graphic each month though that you guys design. Anyone up for it? Here's what to do:
Create/design an editable PSD file with 660px x 150px dimensions
It must accommodate/incorporate a user's 80px x 80px avatar
It must accommodate freely available stats such as how long they've been a member, # of followers, # of items they have for sale, # forum posts. Doesn't have to be limited to those suggestions and does not have to include all of those, but try and choose something that will work for buyers as well as authors.
Be sure to use free fonts that can be used commercially (and include a link to the fonts used inside a text file inside your .zip)
Embed your example(s) in this post but please also provide and link to a .zip file that contains your PSD version.
Let's Do This Every Month
This can potentially be an on-going thread and I'll keep coming back to check on submissions each month. I'll be making the final selection for this month (November) towards the end of this month and it will be announced when the November Superstars post goes live. If you're submission does not get selected, there's always a chance that it can get used in the future.
The Fame! The Legacy!
The winner each month will receive an Amazing Forum Superstar badge and a credit in the Community Superstar blog post with a link back to your portfolio. But more importantly than that, you will be known throughout the land of Envato Market as a legendary designer AND a legendary community member!
I'm excited to see what you guys can come up with! Good luck!
Oh my goodness. Waking up to see all these incredible entries is the best way to start the day. Loving all the different approaches and styles, how can we not use ALL of these?! You guys are so talented, thanks so much for your time and creativity, keep 'em coming! :)
