Location theme for Wordpress (specific)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a theme that is similar to a directory theme … but this is focused around just ONE business type.

All the ones I have seen cater for multiple business types / categories in one theme.

I quite specifically need something that’s simple and a user can enter a post code / area and find the listing in their area.

Similar to something like this for example : http://www.localmotcentre.co.uk

I don’t want it automotive related, but that link gives you an idea …
