License not recognized

The site license The Gem is active but when the plugins are updated it says no.
Really irritating problem, the site is wrecked. Assistance is consequently unattainable, but the problem is a malfunction of the The Gem site.
On the Envato site, there is no way to contact anyone, not even for authority.

So you can’t automatically update bundled plugins - you have to update the theme itself and the latest copy will have the most recently included versions of plugins.

it is not even possible to update the theme, it says excess of installations but it has been activated only once
