I rebuilt my website because I got hacked.
But now my license has expired.
Can you please unregister/deactivate the theme license from the old domain/website.

If you’re changing the domain name, you will need to purchase a new copy.

Yes, that sounds like what might be happening here. Contact the author to reset the license – they are obligated to do so in this situation.
