I need to talk to someone. My current and active license with tech support isn’t appearing in my WPBakery licenses when I import and here (old ones are but I don’t have support on those any longer). Any thoughts? I have a real question I need answered but I can’t get help without buying yet another license. But I already have one. But it’s not showing up on their support site. If you purchased the WPBakery from envato market then you can check this article:

Collect the purchase code and provide them through the author profile page contact form.
