Licences being used by former employee

Hi guys,
Is there a way I can invalidate my licence codes and have them reset as I believe a former employee is using some of them.

Please let me know.

you can check your Item Support by going through Item details page then support tab. If your Item has thier own support system hope from there you can do this. Still no luck Contact your purchased Item Author. Contact Author and let them know.

Yes, you can contact the item author and tell them exactly what you’ve said in your post. Personally, as an author I’d reset the license so pretty sure it’s not an issue.

To keep in mind that resetting the license will only invalidate it on a certain domain, which means you can register it again on the same domain or a different one. I’m not sure how that is going to help you though.
