"Learning Management Theme" forum not working

Hello everyone,

I bought yesterday a Envato theme named “Learning Management Theme” with 12 months support.
The issue is that I can’t acces to my item support. It looks like the link that takes me to the theme forum is not working.

How could I contact the author in order to find a solution?
