Landscaping Template Needs Updating...

I installed it and when I went to “Install updates” i saw one for the SP PageBuilder that was at 3.6.5 and I installed the latest version at 3.6.10. I cannot get the SP PageBuilder to work correctly. It’s a mess!
Current version of Joomla: 3.9.15
Current version of PHP: 7.3

Is there anyway the author can update the template to accept the latest version of SP PageBuilder??
