CONDITIONS:
- Item will be uploaded in CMS Author account with references to the html template and those properties
- Payments will be done monthly via Paypal
- Percentage: to be decided
- the CMS Author is committed to provide assistance and provide good documentation for the theme
- Signing of a collaboration agreement, which I’m going to send, to the effect that the html template is my property and guaranteed to pay X of the profits from sales
