Hello,
Need help with JBlog Elements. I am not able to get this plugin license registration. I get the following error : Failed to validate license, please check if required access is granted when token created, also please check to make sure if your account already bought the item.

any idea how I can fix this? I did create the token and i selected the followings :

  • View Your Envato Account Username
  • Download Your Purchased Items
  • Verify Purchases You’ve Made
  • List Purchases You’ve Made

Hi @difoul,

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

Hi,

I am not able to contact the author nor post a on their forum. When I try to post I get a message saying :You cannot create new topics. It may because your support license is expire, or you haven’t bought this themes yet.
the thing is I did get a license but it’s not working.
