Item Rejection

I have uploaded an item on Codecanyon twice now but receiving same feedback :slight_smile:

It’s a bit hard as you don’t/can’t see the design issues ( there’s no design )
Better to find a graphic designer and co-operate with them to get the design better to sale on CC ( shared commission )

I completely agree with @ki-themes

The design of your product is the first impression that the reviewer will have. It must be absolutely spot on and in keeping with current design trends.

If you are not very good at UX & UI then you can hire someone to do it for you.

Another alternative is to purchase an extended license for a template, that is suitable for your product. You may have to shell out $500+ but you will recover this back, once your product starts selling.

Also, you can compare your design with the best selling products in your category.

With that design, you won’t get the go-ahead.
