Item rejected, but received no email?

I just uploaded an item, but now it has completely disappeared. It’s not in the hidden items, it’s not pending review, it’s just gone. I haven’t received an email regarding the item either. Don’t we usually get a soft or hard rejection email from envato after upload?

If you didn’t find the item on your Hidden Tab then you can contact author support to know what happened. Note: sometimes review email can be some delay to receive, so you can wait for today, then open ticket. Thanks
