I have uploaded an item 2 days and it is not displaying the dashboard now.
I didn’t get any rejection email (checked spam folder) and I have checked the hidden items tabs.
It has been more than 24 hours since it is not displaying.
Any idea?

please check your item in Hidden Tabs if there not exist then your item got hard rejected. about notification email - may be envato email delivery is an issue. You can contact the author support to get a reply from them.
